We have obtained real-world images and range details of the new extended-range version of the Avatr 12 from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The new model retains the design of the current version but comes equipped with a larger-capacity battery, which enhances its pure electric driving range. As a reference, the existing Avatr 12 extended-range model is available in two configurations, priced at $37,604 and $40,392 respectively.
The new extended-range version of the Avatr 12 carries forward the design language of the currently available model. It continues to feature a four-door fastback sedan style with a "windowless rear" design. The front end includes an air intake grille, and the model is expected to retain its fastback tailgate, electric lift spoiler, and frameless four-door design.
