Li Auto Launches China's First Shuttle Charging Station: 500 km Range in 10 Minutes for 4 Cars

Li Auto has officially announced the completion of China's first shuttle ultra-fast charging flagship station, located in Changzhou. This development aims to provide users with a more efficient and convenient charging experience.
The new shuttle ultra-fast charging station is equipped with four single-gun 5C chargers and three double-gun 4C chargers. The 5C shuttle zone operates on an "stop-and-charge" model, with each 5C charger featuring an independent power system. This ensures that when four Li Auto EVs charge simultaneously, they can all achieve maximum power output. Impressively, the station enables a 10-minute charge to add 500 kilometers (311 miles) of range for each vehicle.
Li Auto's ultra-fast charging network already spans all 31 provinces in China, with plans to reach a milestone of 4,000 charging stations by the end of this year. While expanding the density of its charging network, Li Auto is also exploring innovative charging models through technological advancements. As a pilot station for new charging formats and energy utilization methods, the shuttle station marks a significant step toward making EV charging as efficient and convenient as refueling a gas-powered vehicle.
