From track beasts to urban companions, BMW continues to cater to every automotive enthusiast with its diverse lineup. Celebrating its legacy, the BMW 3 Series 50th Anniversary Limited Edition features exclusive badges and performance kits as a tribute to its iconic history. Meanwhile, the new X3 M50 xDrive makes its debut, further enriching the BMW X3 family lineup with a standard wheelbase model. BMW M also unveiled the high-performance M4 Limited Edition, while the new-generation X Concept Car made its first appearance in China, showcasing avant-garde designs that signal the evolution of next-generation Sports Activity Vehicles (SAVs). Additionally, the new MINI JCW lineup has been refreshed.

Two new models officially launched: the BMW 3 Series 50th Anniversary Limited Edition is available in three variants—standard wheelbase, long wheelbase gasoline-powered, and the all-electric i3—priced at approximately $48,040, $50,140, and $50,140 respectively. The new BMW M4 Nürburgring Official Collaboration Limited Edition is priced at $151,575. With limited availability, this model is one to keep an eye on for enthusiasts.

BMW Design Meets Artistic Innovation

BMW believes innovation should not merely evolve functionality but also embody emotional and artistic expression. The BMW i5 Full-Color Changing Art Concept Car uses its body as a canvas, enabling dynamic color transitions through groundbreaking E-Ink technology. Users can customize the car's exterior patterns via its onboard system or synchronize with limited-time digital artworks by renowned artists. This seamless blend of technology and art highlights BMW’s forward-thinking approach to personalized mobility while redefining luxury aesthetics.

BMW Skytop also made its appearance in Shanghai, merging timeless elegance with futuristic technology. With a price tag of €50,000 ($54,900), all 50 units sold out upon release. Paying homage to the iconic BMW 507 from the 1960s, the Skytop strikes a perfect balance between performance and aesthetics.

Also unveiled at the event was BMW's 20th Art Car, crafted by contemporary artist Julie Mehretu. Using advanced 3D drawing techniques, Mehretu created flowing geometric patterns symbolizing societal connections in the digital age. The car’s dynamic color shifts with light, transforming data-driven visuals into poetic motion.

In recent years, BMW’s new offerings have delivered a clear message: the BMW Group is steadfastly advancing toward an intelligent electric future. It’s safe to anticipate that BMW will continue bringing sustainable, exhilarating electric vehicles and innovative digital interactions to the table, promising an exciting journey ahead for enthusiasts worldwide.
