Lynk & Co 10 EM-P: Intelligent Electric Hybrid AWD Sedan Revealed

On June 20th, Lynk & Co's latest flagship model, the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P, was revealed in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 396th batch of new vehicle announcements. Positioned as a premium mid-to-large plug-in hybrid sedan, this vehicle marks Lynk & Co's ambitious entry into the high-end electric hybrid sedan market.

The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P measures 5050mm in length, 1966mm in width, and 1487mm in height, with a generous wheelbase of 3005mm. The exterior design follows the brand's signature "THE NEXT DAY" design language, which emphasizes innovation and global aesthetics, earning widespread praise from consumers. Buyers can opt for various enhancements, including a front splitter, side skirts, rear spoiler, dual-tone body color, rear badges, decorative rear elements, redesigned rear bumper, and different wheel designs, further enhancing the sporty appearance of the vehicle.

Under the hood, the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P features a cutting-edge hybrid powertrain, combining a new 1.5T electric hybrid engine with the DHT Evo electric drive system. The 1.5T engine delivers a maximum power output of 120kW. The vehicle comes standard with an all-wheel-drive system, boasting a combined maximum power of 390kW and a peak torque of 755Nm. It can reach a top speed of 210km/h. Additionally, two tire specifications are available—245/50 R19 and 255/40 R21—ensuring optimal stability and handling performance.

As a plug-in hybrid vehicle, the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P is equipped with two options for lithium iron phosphate batteries, supplied by CATL and Quzhou Extreme Power (known as "Golden Brick Batteries"). Notably, no variant without lidar was disclosed, suggesting that the entire lineup will include lidar as standard, providing advanced safety features across all trims.

According to Lynk & Co's official statements, the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P is positioned as an "Intelligent Electric Hybrid AWD Sedan." Built on the CMA Evo native architecture for new energy vehicles, it incorporates upgrades in dimensions and suspension systems. The model features Lynk & Co's EM-P® intelligent hybrid technology, NVIDIA Thor chips, and the advanced H7 intelligent driving assistance system. Additionally, it is the only hybrid sedan under $41,78 (approximately 30,000 RMB) to offer both all-wheel drive and lidar as standard. Set to redefine value in the premium hybrid sedan segment, the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P is anticipated to launch in the third quarter of this year, offering flagship-level capabilities that are worth the wait.
